Mortgage Department Expands by Four
Jonesboro, Arkansas— Steve May, President/ CEO, is pleased to announce the addition of Libby Donohue, Sue Ellen Price, Dana Sherman and Gail Welborn to the mortgage department at Heritage Bank.
Libby Donohue, a thirty-year veteran of banking, has joined Heritage Bank as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Lending. She received a bachelors and masters degree in education from Arkansas State University and previously served as senior vice president, mortgage lending of a local financial institution.
Active in her industry, Donohue has served as the president of the NEA Chapter of Mortgage Bankers, is a member of the Jonesboro Board of Realtors and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. She is the acclaimed recipient of the 2012 and 2013 Best of Region 8 Mortgage Lender Award, was included in the Scotsman Guide Top 100 List of Mortgage Lenders and was a finalist for the 2012 Mortgage Banker of the Year Award. Donohue is also a past recipient of the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce Roy H. Jolly Volunteer Award for her sixteen-year commitment as the Winter Wonderland Co-Chair.
A native of Monette, Donohue and her husband Jerry have five children, nine grandchildren and are members of First Baptist Church in Jonesboro.

Sue Ellen Price will support Donohue as an administrative assistant. She brings over sixteen years of banking experience, most recently serving as mortgage office manager and mortgage assistant. A graduate of Arkansas State University, Price earned a bachelors of science degree in marketing. She has attended various mortgage processing and underwriting classes and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. A Jonesboro native, Price attends Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Dana Sherman will serve as a mortgage underwriter. She has over forty-two years of banking experience with thirty-seven of those years spent in mortgage underwriting. Sherman has attended numerous appraisal and underwriting schools and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. She and her husband John have three children and five grandchildren.
Gail Welborn joins Heritage as a mortgage clerk. She has been in banking for over thirty years and has past experience in customer service, lending and proof documentation. She and her husband Pastor Doug Welborn are members of Cathedral Baptist Church in Jonesboro. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
