As Heritage Bank completes its system conversion to our new Online Banking website, you will need to modify your QuickBooks settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. To complete these instructions, download the PDFs below that apply to you and follow their instructions.
This update is time sensitive. The download from our current Online Banking site must be done by Thursday, November 13th at 5:00pm. You can reactivate your account on Monday, November 17th at 8:00am.

Heritage Bank is proud to provide its customers with an alternative to check writing. When you're on the go, you can now carry the Heritage Check Card and leave your checkbook at home. It works just like a check and much more. Ask for a Heritage Check Card application today!

Call 1-800-500-1044 to report your debit card lost or stolen.
Applications for Personal & Corporate Credit Cards are available at all Heritage Bank locations. Stop by or contact one of our staff today!

Travel Tips for Debit and Credit Card Users:
- Let us know when and where you will be traveling so that you will avoid any potential denials or fraud alerts when out-of-the ordinary transactions are presented. This is crucial for international travel.
- Know the limits on how much cash you can withdraw or purchases you can make.
- Find out what ATM or debit card fees you may be subject to around the country and abroad.
- Make copies of all the cards you'll be carrying and take a copy with you. Be sure to also include the customer service phone number for each card.
